- Reduce the dependency of needy parents by promoting job preparation, work and marriage
- Prevent and reduce out-of-wedlock pregnancies
- Encourage the formation and maintenance two-parent families

We strive to offer quality services to native people with respect and accountability by practicing and encouraging tolerance, recognition and support of cultural, individual and community needs.
