CTTP will provide TANF assistance and supportive services to eligible members of the Robinson Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians, in addition to members of the Tribal Partners listed on this website, and all Native Americans who are members of Federally Recognized or California Judgment Roll Tribes, their families, and their descendants who reside in approved on-reservation and off-reservation service areas. At least one child of the family must prove tribal membership or that they are a descendant of a Federally Recognized Native American Tribe or a descendant of a person(s) listed on the California Judgment Rolls.
CTTP defines an eligible Native American as one comprised of all natural children, stepchildren, adopted children, or a relative child (including non-Native Americans), under the age of 18 living with an eligible adult (defined as an adult supervising the family). At least one child of every family must be Native American for the purposes of cash assistance; for a child living with a non-Native American caretaker, the child must be Native American. The term Native American shall be defined as an individual that is a member of a Federally Recognized Tribe and their descendants, including the California Indian Judgment Rolls.
